Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYCOMBAT™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography, designed by BODYCOMBAT™ Master Trainers and mixed martial arts experts, Dan Cohen and Rachael Newsham.
Zumba® Fitness – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Zumba Gold® – Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. Aqua Zumba® – Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. YOGA STRETCH - SILVER SNEAKERS
SilverSneakers® YogaStretch - YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
CARDIO CIRCUIT - SILVER SNEAKERS
SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit - Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
MSROM - SILVER SNEAKERS
SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Kettlebells are a highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength and endurance. Explosive swinging movements utilizing the entire body, and traditional exercises make this workout fun and challenging!
Traditional Yoga to stregthen your mind and body. This class is specifically designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. You will feel challenged, but by the end, you will feel relaxed and thankful you came to the class!
Body Sculpt is a class that uses your own body weight, resistance bands and/or light dumbbells to burn calories and create long lean muscle. With intervals of 3 minute step cardio between core, upper body, and lower body exercises, this class will challenge your muscular and cardiovascular systems dynamic, total body movements!
This class is a high intensity cycling workout using a stationary bike. You will be in complete control using the resistance dial on the bike, increasing or decreasing the resistance. Fire up your cardio endurance, strengthen your legs, and torch calories!!!
